Loving yourself will help you change the way you see the world and at the same time change the way we judge others. We need to empathize with your fellow man. Judging people, shows, that there is something inside of you that you lack or that you have inside from the person you are judging. That is why it bothers us. To heal this discomfort is to say, Hashem, I do not like what I feel about the person I am judging , help me see what I need to change inside of my way I am looking.
