Alan Skorski sat down for a very powerful interview with Rabbi Tovia Singer, who is recognized as the foremost expert on Christian theology and combating Christian missionizing, to talk about the threat from far right grifters like Candace Owens and Tucker Carlson who only recently started claiming the mantle of being experts on Christianity.

According to Rabbi Singer the phenomena of Christian Zionism is rather new. Christian Zionism is so huge in the United States. It's the largest voting block in America. Estimates are one out of five Americans is a Christian Zionist.


For most of the interview, Rabbi Singer went through the history of Christian antisemitism starting from the early centuries through modern times, including the complicity of Pope Pius XII, known as “Hitler’s Pope.”

In the 19th century, and historically, the Church was fiercely anti-Jewish - both the Roman Catholic Church, the largest Christian denomination, and the Orthodox Church. Those two groups split in a schism in 1054 and the reformers of the Protestant movement, all of them were viciously antisemitic, which means that the kind of stuff you hear from Nick Fuentes, for example, is not as antisemitic as what you would have heard from John Chrysostom possibly the most important revered venerated saint in the Orthodox Church.

Rabbi Singer also discussed The protocols of the Elders of Zion, which Skorski brought up in his opening monologue, stating that it was invented in the very early 20th century which portrays the Jews as essentially controlling the world that all the leaders of the world are puppets and the Jews are control through disproportionately controlling power and you hear that kind of echo from Tucker (and Candace Owens).

On Candace Owens, Rabbi Singer said that her version of Catholicism is a nightmare. When Candace Owens got married to George Farmer she belonged to reformed theology. After her falling out with Ben Shapiro and Dennis Prager, she converted to her husband’s version of Catholicism, which is considered a radical traditional Rome iteration of Roman Catholicism that specifically rejects the second Vatican council, which is virulently antisemitic. According to Rabbi Singer, “These guys hate Israel because, and this is very critical because all the church fathers said with one voice, the Jews are a curse. The Jews are rejected by God. The Jews lost the covenant. And most importantly, they will never return to the land of Israel, never have sovereignty over Israel, and Jerusalem will never belong to them.

On Charlie Kirk and President Trump, Rabbi Singer said, “Charlie Kirk God rest his soul. He was more than other dispensationalists in that he defended not only Israel but he defended the Jews.
Charlie was just off the charts great. I believe when Charlie was alive that within 10 years he'd be president of the United States. His kind of grit, his intellect, his communication skills. There is no there is there's and there is no one else like him.

So right now I'm going to say what everyone knows there. The Turning Point USA is the most important organization in the conservative movement. In the Republican party there is a war going on for his legacy. Trump is not
going to change. Trump was always pro-Jewish, always pro-Israel and his father, Robert of blessed memory was the same. It's just the way the his family is.

On Tucker Carlson: Tuck Carlson despises Israel. He openly says that he hates Christian Zionists. He tried to walk it back, but that didn't come out of anywhere. He interviewed Reverand Munther Isaac, who claimed that Israel was persecuting Christians in Bethlehem.
According to Singer, “If you just looked at Bethlehem, for those who don't understand this, I can walk to Bethlehem. It's very close to Jerusalem. But Bethlehem, however, is under area A, which means it's under the control of the Palestinian Authority. I mean, Israel has the general military, but it's on the streets. It's Palestinian Authority. The point is that 50 years ago some 80% of the population of Bethlehem which is holy not just to Jews but to Christians. It's very important because Christians have a tradition tha Jesus was born there according to Matthew and Luke. The key point is today it's about 5% Christian. The Christians are all gone. They had to flee. And Tucker who espouses, oh I'm such a Christian. Tucker even admitted that he rarely goes to church,he’s technically an Episcopalian which is
essentially the church of England.

In the end, Rabbi Singer told Skorski: “Tucker Carlson is going to save Israel. Nick Fuentes is going to save Israel. Candace Owens is going to save Israel… you'll see how this will work out.”
